About
Change Manager within the CSOB International Acquiring team is responsible for the integration and continuous development of Acquiring activities carried out by CSOB subsidiaries located outside Czech Republic.
Responsibilities
- Drive integration of foreign business activities to CSOB (migration to CSOB products, alignment with CSOB control procedures, etc.)
- Represent the countries in internal CSOB discussions (i.e. IT development roadmap, product development, changes in control mechanisms)
- Act as single point of contact in communication between CSOB and subsidiaries
- In cooperation with foreign staff (located in subsidiaries)
- track financial performance and if necessary suggest corrective actions
- monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- generate new ideas to grow market share, fill product gaps, improve customer experience and drive growth
- develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- work closely with IT supplier(s) to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- drive product launches including working with all stakeholders
- seek, evaluate and propose non-organic growth opportunities that support reaching business targets and ambition
Requirements
- Solid financial background with understanding financial services
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills and data-driven thinking with willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Ability to develop strategies and effectively communicate them to management
- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of Hungarian language is an advantage
