About

Change Manager within the CSOB International Acquiring team is responsible for the integration and continuous development of Acquiring activities carried out by CSOB subsidiaries located outside Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

  • Drive integration of foreign business activities to CSOB (migration to CSOB products, alignment with CSOB control procedures, etc.)
  • Represent the countries in internal CSOB discussions (i.e. IT development roadmap, product development, changes in control mechanisms)
  • Act as single point of contact in communication between CSOB and subsidiaries
  • In cooperation with foreign staff (located in subsidiaries)
    • track financial performance and if necessary suggest corrective actions
    • monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
    • generate new ideas to grow market share, fill product gaps, improve customer experience and drive growth
    • develop product pricing and positioning strategies
    • translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
    • scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
    • work closely with IT supplier(s) to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
    • drive product launches including working with all stakeholders
    • seek, evaluate and propose non-organic growth opportunities that support reaching business targets and ambition

Requirements

  • Solid financial background with understanding financial services
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills and data-driven thinking with willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Ability to develop strategies and effectively communicate them to management
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Knowledge of Hungarian language is an advantage
