What team are you joining?
We are Service to Employee Global Solution Center (S2E GSC) responsible for third level support, implementation and migration of cloud and global services to KBC Group‘s banks and insurance companies across Europe and small offices in US and Asia. We support more than 52 thousands users in KBC Group.
Our S2E GSC is located in Belgium and in three main locations in Czech Republic – Prague, Ostrava and Pardubice. Our team consists of experts on various on-premise and cloud domains represented by global roles such as Service/Solution Architects, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Identity Management Specialists, Security Engineers and also dedicated Microsoft in field Engineers. So as you can see there are many opportunities for you to grow in knowledge and expertise. All of that supported by competitive training scheme.
We are looking for a disciplined person who would join us and help us to deliver infrastructure and cloud services in KBC Group (finance and banking) – be a Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master / Team Coach for activities we do inside KBC Group to increase internal productivity.
Scrum Master is organizing agile ceremonies and is responsible for monitoring the scrum processes, as well as increases team efficiency, motivates team, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timelines.

What are the responsibilities?
- Scheduling, planning and moderating team meetings, agile ceremonies and planning sessions
- Building a high-performing team and an efficient delivery by the team
- Educates, trains, coaches and enforces the team in the application of Agile techniques and principles
- Monitoring Operations and coordinating complex Incidents and Problems
- Reporting progress to the Scrum of Scrums ceremony
- Solving possible conflict situations
- Tracking and removing impediments and issues
- Acting as safeguard to the team
- Supporting and coordinating the cooperation with other teams
- Works intensively on the continuous improvement of the team
