Our work goes beyond modelling—we ensure that our analytics platforms are robust, scalable, and governed, enabling reliable risk measurement and decision-making.

We are looking for a Platform Analyst to join our team and contribute to the operation and governance of our modelling and analytics platforms. In this role, you will gradually build expertise in analytics platform operations and governance, contributing to environments where modelling activities are performed in a controlled, consistent, and traceable manner in line with internal standards and regulatory expectations. You will work closely with modelling experts, IT specialists, and governance stakeholders in a collaborative, international team environment, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

What does the job entail? / What awaits you? 

This role operates at the intersection of analytics platform enablement and governance. You will support how modelling environments are structured, maintained, and governed, ensuring that analytical work is consistent, traceable, and compliant with internal standards and regulatory expectations.

It is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working with structured systems, improving processes, and supporting reliable technical environments. You have a natural attention to detail and are curious about how analytical systems work and you are motivated to improve how they are operated and controlled.

What are your tasks?

• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of analytics platforms
• Contribute to stability, usability, and standardization of technical environments
• Maintain user access rights in line with governance controls
• Produce and maintain clear, structured, audit-ready documentation for workflows, data structures, and modelling environments
• Support application of governance frameworks, standards, and controls
• Assist in monitoring adherence to processes and identifying gaps
• Contribute to reproducibility, traceability, and consistency of modelling activities and artefacts
• Support tracking of changes and versioning of key artefacts
• Support development of automation tools for governance and operations
• Help leverage modern (including AI-supported) tools to improve efficiency

Are these your strengths? 

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or similar
• Strong ability to structure and document technical processes
• Interest in analytics platforms and structured technical environments
• Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable mindset
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to have but not necessary

• Experience with Python, or other programming language
• Basic understanding of governance, data management, modelling or compliance principle
