Your role
As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications used daily by thousands of real estate agents and customers. This role not only involves hands-on testing but also leading and coordinating a small team of testers, own definition of success of stories, setting up robust testing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our software development lifecycle. With the potential for growth into a Product Owner or Project Manager position, this role offers a unique career development path.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the QA efforts within the team, ensuring effective communication and management of manual testers.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation process for web applications and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product owner, project manager, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
- Maintain and improve documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Keep up-to-date with QA methodologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance our testing processes.
Nice to have:
- Czech at a communicative level.
- Basic knowledge of GraphQL.
- Knowledge of Playwright, Cypress or similar test automation framework.
Future Growth Path:
