Department and position description

We are seeking an agile IT Analyst/Developer to join our digital identity team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and efficiency of our digital identity-related systems. If you are passionate about banking technology and identity management and have experience in agile development, we encourage you to apply.

What will you do?

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance identity-related systems
Analyze and implement identity management solutions
Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization processes
Work on compliance and regulatory requirements related to client identity management
Utilize agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for efficient development
Conduct testing and debugging of identity systems
Enhance and optimize existing code and processes

What is expected of you?

Experience with the work of an analyst in the design of information systems
Knowledge and active work in CASE Tool (e.g. Enterprise Architect)
Knowledge of UML, object analysis
Basic orientation in System Integration (principles, technologies)
Active knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Strong team spirit and communication skills

Nice-to-have

Experience in identity and access management in the banking sector
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java, Kotlin…)
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and their application
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under deadlines and in a regulated environment
