Our team deals with the development and technical support of key banking systems within branch applications and client identification. We are a dynamic, diverse, and stable team with many professionals.

We are looking for a technical, organizational, and communicative person to become a member of our team. We are in charge of front-end and back-end and we work with colleagues in Business and IT of almost the entire bank (Digital Channels, Branch World, Subsidiaries, Relationship Banking, etc.).

What will you do?

• Supporting entrusted systems and ensuring trouble-free operation
• Coordination and consolidation of solutions in the area of Incident/Problem Management from technical analysis and proposal of solutions to reported requirements to delivery of fixes in accordance with Release Management
• Active cooperation with suppliers in resolving errors and participating in or managing of regular statuses (vendor management)
• Close cooperation with specialists from other support teams and communication with experts or managers
• You will be part of various IT projects where you will help to introduce changes, from the initial phase to deployment in the production environment.
• You will be involved in the activities of the agile team, where you will be mainly in charge of the area of acquisition.
• You will be responsible for the overall satisfaction of the internal customer.
