Department and position description
This position is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in software development and digital identity. As an IT System Engineer specializing in ServiceNow, you will be essential in managing and implementing system enhancements, ensuring platform stability, and providing robust service management solution across whole KBC group. Our team will provide you with support and mentorship to become a successful developer.
What will you do?
- Design, implement and manage the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
- Develop system integrations and process automations within the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure platform stability, manage version upgrades, and work towards continual service improvement
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure ITSM processes are followed and refined
- Provide technical support and expertise to end-users
What is expected of you?
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience working with ServiceNow platform (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes
- Excellent problem-solving
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
