We at KBC Shared Service Center are part of KBC Group, one of Europe’s leading financial institutions with 12 million clients across Europe. We support the bank-insurance entities within KBC Group by working on various projects and back-office activities in several key domains: Credits & Finance, Insurance, Software Development, Financial Markets and more.

As our Learning Partner I, you will be:

  • You are one of our administrative cornerstones.
  • You get to know our learning management system (LMS) in detail so that you are able to register our trainings correctly
  • You follow-up the (mandatory) trainings and report on them
  • You ‘post process’ our courses so they are added to the  learning history of the employees
  • You organize our trainings/events
  • You make the necessary practical agreements with lectors (internal or external to our company)
  • You add participants to the different sessions
  • You make sure the meeting rooms or external locations are booked
  • You connect with our internal parties (such as facilities) so that all the necessary logistics in the rooms are present
  • You make sure that all the practical details of the training are made available, so that everyone has the correct information to get to the training on time
  • You actively work together with the other team members and you actively share knowledge and best practices with them
  • You know our LMS-system in detail so you understand how it works and can give input/feedback/updates to our different stakeholders in case there are system changes.
  • You bring ideas for making our processes and tasks more efficient
  • You learn to get to know the Articulate tool so you can update e-courses
  • You create your own planning and make sure that all your tasks are delivered on time
  • You help to establish a new cooperation model in which the team members can work together to achieve common goals.
  • You make sure  to follow the internal SOP’s (Standard operational procedures)

 

Key competences that will help you succeed:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Professional Experience is not required
  • Computer skills: You know how to work with the different MS office tools
  • Knowledge of Success Factors, Photoshop and Articulate or any learning tool/ system would be an advantage
  • Foreign languages: You have good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
