a new agenda to Brno or to improve certain process, it is up to us to make the project a success.

We run projects that change KBC for the better. When the management in Belgium decides to move a new agenda to Brno or to improve certain process, it is up to us to make the project a success.

We divide the work, monitor the deadlines and the budget and push the change forward.

We manage projects thanks to which our colleagues in Brno and Varna, Bulgaria expand their competences - such a transfer is called nearshoring. We help, for example, with the introduction of electronic signing of documents and are in charge of dozens of similar projects.

We are a small team of 20 people, but we have a lot of experience with different approaches to project management. That is why we also act as mentors or consultants when any colleague needs advice on project management.
