Business Solution Analyst - Prague

You will work closely with KBC IT departments and business stakeholders and manage software applications as well as software and systems upgrades. We are seeking a capable expert who will help us with several applications, e.g. Wolters Kluwer OneSumX Report Generator, Axon, etc.


Application manager will plan out which software applications versions are needed for smooth business operations and perform the installation and daily maintenance of those applications, as well as the associated network and hardware installations all this in close cooperation with IT and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities:


  • Analyzing technical and functional requirements before deciding what version of software to be installed.
  • Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing applications. Close involvement in preparation of technical functional roadmap. 
  • Performing and monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software. Installation of hot fixes.
  • Proposing and improving already existing processes.
  • Working with ORACLE 19c database, environment of Windows and LINUX servers should be known to you.

What do we expect from you on top of your technical skills:


  • to be fluent in English, both written and spoken; B2
  • to work in close collaboration with other teams within the Rainbow program - therefore a constructive, forward-looking, team spirit attitude is necessary;
  • analytical skills, stress resistance, flexibility and ability to work independently;
  • Czech/Slovak language knowledge would be a benefit;
  • Previous experience with JIRA
