You will follow a training provided by your colleagues to get you familiarised with the procedures and tools we use. Your future responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding and training of newcomers
- Authorizations systems for the team
- Follow-up on errors and error registration
- Active participation in meeting with audit / compliance / LORM
- Make sure new tasks, procedures, and new processes are well implemented
- Reporting to management & KPI reporting
- Coordination / Delegation of tasks
- Involvement in monthly planning
- Supporting the team well-being
You will be also responsible for operations of Loan administration:
- registration of new loans and maintenance of existing facilities in the system (Loan IQ), follow-up on collaterals and covenants
- management of events on those loans - drawdowns, rollovers, incoming / outgoing fees, etc.
- monitoring of credit facilities (e.g. installment processing, booking of provisions)
- maintenance of effective communication, relations and interactions with other teams and financial institutions
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in credits banking department in senior role
- Experience with coordination/leadership of small team
- Actively seeking opportunities to improve processes within the team
- Internal and external reporting / audit
- Being stress resistant and having good communication skills, team approach and ability to support your colleagues
- English on fluent level is necessary - both spoken and written
