HR Expert

This HR Expert position is recruited in more KBC countries intending to find a new mployee for the DQM unit of KBC Group.

We are looking for an HR policy advisor who will work closely together with the DQM management team and leaders, and who will spend 70% of his/her time on policy related topics and 30% on staffing and recruiting.

We are a fast-growing department and are in full transformation, servicing the Group Functions groupwide.
As we work in a BUS-IT-integrated organization, the scope is staffing of IT and Business profiles, for the Rainbow program as well as for our standing organization which is organized in agile release trains. The IT-profiles are sourced internally, but also on the external market and with our partner Cognizant. The business profiles are highly skilled profiles, specialists in data, data quality & reporting in the domain of company management: risk, finance, treasury.

This function entails:

  • preparing and leading inclusive workshops
  • development of the HR vision / policies for DQM
  • participate/support in multiple policy-related tasks (f.e. international deployments, …)
  • translation of the CHR policy within DQM and translation into guidelines and processes
  • elaborating overviews/statistics for different boards (ASC, MT, …)
  • work together with the policy advisor and MT member accountable for HR on more staffing and recruiting related topics.

Experience as a leader in people management, project and/or change management.
Experience in selection of candidates, selection interviews. Good view on profiles and skills.

You are contactable and assertive and can deal with different types of stakeholders.
