You will be acting as a conduit between management and staff, responsible for managing a group of people including motivating, coaching, KPI-setting, performance management and HR-management (interviews with potential employees, training and development, knowledge management, career guidance and evaluation).
What to expect:
- provide purpose: provides guidance to the team with a vision of the team objectives in line with the overall SSC strategy and the Must Win Battles
- provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
- enourage creativity and continuous improvement
- allocation of work, ensures all necessary services are available and workload is under control
- continuously monitoring capacity, efficiency, costs and risk of activities
- participate in team meetings and huddles
- part of the domain management team
- set up and maintains good cooperation with other teams in domain and rest of the organization (HR, Risk, Finance, ICT, ...)
