Incident manager in Prague

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of incidents and problems across the organization. The Incident Manager will also have a focus on minimizing the impact of incidents, while also ensuring that incidents are resolved as quickly as possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of incidents and work closely with various stakeholders until they are resolved
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize downtime/impacts on business operations
• Track incident progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Implement and enhance incident management processes and procedures
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards

• Introduction plan and cooperation with the teamleader/manager

Requirements:

• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
• Knowledge of Qliksense (optional)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
