Incident Manager
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of incidents and problems across the organization. The Incident Manager will also have a focus on minimizing the impact of incidents, while also ensuring that incidents are resolved as quickly as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Take ownership of incidents and work closely with various stakeholders until they are resolved
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize downtime/impacts on business operations
- Track incident progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Implement and enhance incident management processes and procedures
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards

- Introduction plan and cooperation with the teamleader/manager
- You will have a buddy – senior colleague supporting you in KBC within first months

Requirements:
- Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of Qliksense (optional)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
