International Payments Investigator

You will become a part of the Payments domain dealing with processing and investigation of international and SEPA payments and the management of banking systems. We will take care of your training you will need for this job and during the on-the-job training we will teach you how to process international payments and navigate the banking world.

In the Payments domain we have an Academy that will allow you to move towards the technical development of applications or to operate with international payments. You can focus on solving requirements and complaints, creating expert documentation or providing support and training for users. If you are more attracted to technical solutions, you can participate in application development using advanced knowledge of programs such as MS Excel, Visio, Sharepoint and VBA and SQL programming languages.


Your responsibilities:

  • process international payments that require manual intervention due to incorrect or missing information
  • search for data needed to finalize payments in internal and external databases
  • entering and checking payment orders in our systems~
  • written communication in English with banking institutions, KBC branches and other internal departments on a daily basis
  • cooperation with colleagues on non-standard cases

We expect:

  • high school diploma or university education
  • MS Office basics (Excel, Outlook, Word, ...)
  • intermediate knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • willingness to educate and develop yourself, adaptability to change
  • responsibility and professional approach
  • analytical and communication skills
