Process Manager II

KBC Group looks for an employee who may be located in CZE to become the Process Manager within the Operational Excellence Competence Center built in Group DQM unit.

We are the competence center for optimizing, standardizing and automating processes about consistent data, measurement and reporting and pro-actively follow up technology evolutions.

Within Data Quality Management (DQM) several projects are set up to strive towards the improvement of our business, data and IT architecture. The implementation of those projects will be steered by business processes focusing on the automation, quality and efficiency of the way of working within the whole KBC Group. Therefore we are looking for a process manager to work in one of our interesting projects.

As a process manager, you have a diverse pallet of tasks:

  • To lead or join or process improvement projects.
  • To cooperate in the initiatives and changes from the process standpoint.
  • To translate the ambitious principles of our future way of working about end-to-end processes: striving to STP (Straight-Through Processing) of data, measurement and reporting processes.
  • To investigate process synergies cross domains (Finance, Risk, Treasury) and various entities.
  • To analyse the existing processes, redesign and model them with a focus on operational excellence, in line with the expectations of our customers.
  • To provide clear process descriptions and provide knowledge sharing.

To take the necessary actions to obtain the buy in of the involved parties, supported by the communication team and the management team.



As a self-driven, dynamic professional you can apply, or further develop yourself in:

  • Lead or join process improvement projects
  • Learn & use Lean Six Sigma methodology, supported by experts
  • Modelling of processes (no tool requirement needed; but strong skills required in translating complex processes in easy visuals in e.g. powerpoint and visio)
  • Able to split complex processes in small pieces and explain in simple words
  • Able to balance between a helicopter view (avoiding complexity) while not forgetting small but important details
  • Analysis and evaluating processes, learning automation like RPA and AI solutions, with focus on client centricity, simplicity and efficiency
  • Providing well documented processes and the way from the ‘as is’ toward the ‘to be’
  • Discussing proposals with the stakeholders and obtaining buy-in
  • Managing and monitoring links with other processes
  • Implementing the ‘to be’ process together with the project team
  • Experience in the domain of company management (Finance, Risk, Treasury) or data management is seen as an asset
  • Able to work with a wide range of people in an international environment as well.
