Receptionist (part-time)

 

We are looking for a receptionist who won't only welcome visitors and make coffee. On the contrary! You will have a diverse range of activities and tasks that require creativity and proactive approach. This position is perfect for students or people who want to work once or twice per week, usually the whole day. We also need you to speak English and have great communication and organizational skills. If that sounds like you, let us know!

 

What tasks can you encounter in this position?

 

  • organization and administrative support of the office and reception
  • arranging business trips of our employees (communication with a foreign travel agency)
  • arranging taxi transportation for SSC visits
  • processing and monitoring of internal and external mail, monitoring of incoming mail and e-mails, including their correct classification and distribution
  • welcoming and caring for visitors on arrival and during their stay in the company, receiving incoming calls and transferring them


What do we need from you?

 

  • excellent communication in the Czech language
  • knowledge of English - the internal language is English, you are not afraid to speak or write (phone calls, personal communications, e-mails)
  • very good time flexibility - work 20 hours a week
  • good communication and organizational skills - the ability to provide accommodation, tickets and possibly and non-standard requirements
  • making a decision is not a problem for you
  • a positive approach to work and people - you will be the first point addressed by visitors, but also by our employees
  • active knowledge of MS Office - you will meet Excel and Outlook really every day
