What to expect:
- Sourcing new candidates using social media and other platforms
- Screening applications and conducting phone screening of matching applicants
- Scheduling interviews, assessing candidates against job requirements
- Reporting the hiring progress
- Proposing and implementing social media postings
- Working with advertising tools
- Promoting positions internally, working with internal candidates
- Providing administrative support to Operations and Analytics as well as HR Specialists and Business Partners
- Contacting external providers regarding testing of candidates, organizing job fairs and events, collaboration with universities etc.
- Proactively identifying new trends within Talent Acquisition and Recruitment and sharing the knowledge
Your skills & experience:
- Passion, drive, proactive and collaborative attitude. In other words, your mindset will make you succeed in this position regardless of the hard skills you may possess
- Ability to communicate in English and Czech on daily basis at operational as well as management levels
- Experience as a recruiter will be considered as an asset
- Interest in working with diverse systems, spreadsheets, presentations, online platforms
- Critical thinking and the ability to work with incomplete information, filling the gaps by proactively seeking the relevant input
- Mature attitude with the ability to balance out priorities and impact of your actions accompanied by good sense of humor
- Ability to learn quickly and implement the knowledge into practice
- Endurance, resilience and flexibility - you do not get upset when things change, you take a deep breath, put on a smile and get things done
