As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Sourcing new candidates using social media and other platforms
  • Collecting market relevant data on Employer Brand positioning
  • Presenting the findings to HR Team and Transition Managers
  • Screening applications and conducting phone screening of matching applications
  • Scheduling interviews, assessing candidates against job requirements
  • Reporting on hiring progress
  • Proposing and implementing social media postings
  • Working with advertising tools
  • Providing administrative support to Operations and Analytics as well as HR Specialists and Business Partners
  • Contacting external providers regarding testing of candidates, organizing job fairs and events, collaboration with universities etc.
  • Proactively identifying new trends within Talent Acquisition and Recruitment and sharing the knowledge
