As our Test Manager, you will:
- Forms cooperation with our KBC Group clients, participates in building of test teams delivering test services to KBC Group clients
- Implements new activities within the organization
- Participates in forming test strategy and test objectives for Q-HUB activities/projects
- Initiates new QA ideas and approaches and makes them happen
- Leads internal projects
Key competences that will help you succeed:
- 4+ years in QA/Testing
- General knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience with designing test cases is a must
- Knowledge of development tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, ...)
- Advanced knowledge of development and test methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Other IT experience and knowledge is advantage (Automation tools, Scripting/Programming languages, IT Infrastructure)
