Who are we?
We are KBC TIME Centre, part of KBC Global Services - Bulgaria branch and we operate in Bulgaria since 2019.
Our main business is focused on development, implementation and maintenance of core banking system for our clients within KBC Group.
Оnly 3 years were needed for us to achieve great results and to become the first Certified Client Centre of Excellence of our software vendor Temenos.

Responsibilities:
• Involved in business analysis (gathering requirements and documentation);
• Preparing detailed business requirements for IT implementation and for the development teams;
• Preparing, executing and reviewing test documentation and providing analysis and solutions;
• Description and analyses of problems in systems and testing of solutions.
• Work to create and maintain positive customer relationships that bolster open communication, reliability, trust, and service loyalty.
• Be accountable for managing and delivering support requests, enhancements, and projects for assigned Business Unit / Products. This includes the planning, troubleshooting, facilitation of problem solving, and conveying a variety of requests, incidents, and problems independently within multiple areas.
• Partner with external and internal customers and vendors to analyze business needs and work with teams on solutions.
• Cross-train to learn applications across the assigned Business Unit application portfolio.
• Learn the processes and tools needed to perform the role effectively.
• Serve as the conduit between the business partners and the technical team through triage, research, requirements, testing, and support.
• Work with technology teams, business teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to perform daily activities.
Requirements:
• University degree - Computer Science/Economics/ Finance/;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability and desire to constantly learn and develop new skills;
• Result-oriented professional able to keep strict deadlines;
• Team-player mindset;
• Fluent English;
• Strong communication skills;
• Computer Literacy;
• Ability to travel;
• Understanding of basic retail and corporate banking business products and processes will be an added advantage.
