Who are we?

We are KBC TIME Centre, part of KBC Global Services - Bulgaria branch and we operate in Bulgaria since 2019.
Our main business is focused on development, implementation and maintenance of core banking system for our clients within KBC Group.
Оnly 3 years were needed for us to achieve great results and to become the first Certified Client Centre of Excellence of our software vendor Temenos.
We feel very proud and engaged with our achievements and we are open to share our joy with new team members.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end responsible for the recruitment process in the company
• Administer employment relationships - labour contracts, additional agreements, termination orders, job descriptions and other related documents
• Keep personnel records on employees up-to-date, ensuring legal compliance
• Lead and improve company HR onboarding program for new employees
• Responsible for health and safety activities according to Bulgarian legislation
• In charge with employee benefits programs – administration and support to the employees
• Participate in internal procedures and operating guidelines creation and update
• Willing to participate in HR team projects and working groups

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR or related
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent knowledge in English
• Very good knowledge of Bulgarian Labour legislation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently 
• Positive attitude 
• Proactive and self-driven behavior
