We are KBC TIME Centre, part of KBC Global Services - Bulgaria branch and we operate in Bulgaria since 2019.
Our main business is focused on development, implementation and maintenance of core banking system for our clients within KBC Group.
Оnly 3 years were needed for us to achieve great results and to become the first Certified Client Centre of Excellence of our software vendor Temenos.

Main Responsibilities:
• Posting of business trips;
• Posting of bank statements for incoming and outgoing payments;
• Recording accounts payable transactions based on relevant documentation (invoices, receipts, etc.);
• Communicating and supporting colleagues regarding internal rules, processes, and documentation;
• Participation in international projects;
• Active involvement in the annual closing process.
Key Accountabilities:
• Ensuring timely and accurate posting of all input documents;
• Responsibility for monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling accounts within assigned scope;
• Proper allocation of costs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
• Experience with SAP and MS Excel;
• Good command of English.
