Who are we?

We are KBC TIME Centre, part of KBC Global Services - Bulgaria branch and we operate in Bulgaria since 2019.
Our main business is focused on development, implementation and maintenance of core banking system for our clients within KBC Group.
Оnly 3 years were needed for us to achieve great results and to become the first Certified Client Centre of Excellence of our software vendor Temenos.

Responsibilities:
∙ To plan and implement IT monitoring, alerting and observability strategies for KBC banks;
∙ Management of projects in charge of overall project delivery;
∙ Planning, assignment, monitoring and following up of project resources and budget;
∙ Facilitation of work estimation and delivery deadlines;
∙ To adopt observability and monitoring best practices and standards;
∙ To support creation of a monitoring, alerting and observability improvement plan;
∙ Coordination with customers and external resources for deliveries needed for the successful project completion;
∙ Escalation and risk management;
∙ Management changes within the scope, budget and time schedule;
∙ Ensuring handover to operations and to business as usual;
∙ Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues.


Requirements:
∙ Educational background in information systems, computer science, business administration or management is desirable;
∙ Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT project management or in like roles/businesses;
∙ Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Elastic APM, Beats, Elastic machine learning), Dynatrace and others;
∙ Familiar with Linux, JBoss and Basic knowledge in IT performance metrics, logs, and alerts;
∙ Knowledge of IT Service Management and deep understanding of ITIL / ITSM principles;
∙ Preparation of IT technical procedures and processes;
∙ Good negotiation and communication skills;
∙ Good organization skills and attention to detail;
∙ Professional training in Project Management is an advantage;
∙ Expertise working in IT software solution companies;
∙ Knowledge in IT projects, services and software delivery processes;
∙ Ability to work closely with different IT technical and business functions and understand their priorities;
∙ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
∙ Strong written and verbal English language;
∙ Time-management skills;
∙ People management experience and leadership skills.
