Senior Functional Analyst

Who are we?

Responsibilities:

• Consult, analyze, propose solutions and support colleagues in the creation, implementation and modification of functionalities of the core banking system.

• Lead the process of explaining the client's functional requirements to the Dev team.

• Analyze risks related to the implementation of business decisions. Propose measures to avoid and control it.

• Train, supervise and monitor the performance of assignments of Junior Functional Analyst and Functional Analyst.

• Present the assignment to the client and train their representatives to work with the respective development.

• Responsible for the resolution of high priority incidents. Monitor and coordinate the observing of set incident resolution requirements according to the signed SLA with the clients. Communicate with other system vendors to resolve reported bugs on developments.

• Escalate unusual findings that could impact future developments for implementation of products, processes and services.

Requirements:

• University degree - Computer Science or Economics or Finance

• Experience in the bank sector on a similar position is a must

• Fluent English

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability and desire to constantly learn and develop new skills

• Result-oriented professional able to keep strict deadlines
