Job Overview: As a Service Delivery Owner within our System Architecture, Administration, and Operations department, you will be the primary point of contact for one of our key banking clients. You will ensure their IT service needs in IT administration and operations are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will manage the service delivery process, coordinate with various internal teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the delivery of IT services related to the core banking system, ensuring they meet quality standards, service level agreement (SLA), and operational requirements.
• Acting as the primary contact point between the bank and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and open communication.
• Handling incidents and problems, related to the core banking system coordinating response efforts, root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures to avoid future issues.
• Monitoring service performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including architecture and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Developing and maintaining detailed service delivery documentation and procedures.
• Identifying and mitigating risks to service delivery, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conducting regular service reviews with the client and internal stakeholders.
• Managing IT projects, including upgrades and new implementations.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in a service delivery role within the IT sector, preferably supporting financial institutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
