Who are we?

Responsibilities :

. Lead the team in the  process of  business analyses of bank development demands and  in  the bank projects in the  field of Accounting

. Propose  new solutions to the banks

∙ Prepare business requirement documents based on bank demands and projects.

∙ Support the development teams in the creation, modification and implementation of functionalities in the core banking system.

. Lead the team in testing of  new developments

∙ Analyze system risks and propose measures to avoid and control it. 

∙ Train, supervise and monitor the performance of the team

∙ Present the functionalities to the bank clients and support their representatives in the testing process.

. Monitor, resolve and test incidents according to the SLA with bank clients.

. Escalate system bugs and findings

  

Requirements:

∙ University degree - Accounting or Finance or Computer Science

∙ Career in the field of Accounting is required

∙ Experience with bank core systems  is required

∙ Fluent English

∙ Management skills

∙ Strong analytical  and problem solving skills

∙ Very good at attention to detail

∙ Ability and desire to constantly learn and develop new skills

 ∙ Result-oriented professional able to keep strict deadlines

 ∙ Team-player mindset

 ∙ Strong communication skills
