Our main business is focused on development, implementation and maintenance of core banking system for our clients within KBC Group.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the employees work by leading, planning, assigning, coordinating and controlling the tasks and duties
• Control the fulfillment of the set tasks, their realization, effectiveness and the quality of the developed software
• Responsible for corrections in the main accounting system (installation of next version, partial revisions and etc.)
• Coordinate the exploitation procedures of the application products and systems in the bank and the procedures for providing centralized help
• Control the compilation of the technical specifications and monitor the implementation of the test scenarios for the respective tasks
• Analyze the impact of the applied changes (system usage, interfaces)
• Analyze and identify issues and proposes solutions in their competences.
• Support the team members with finding the optimal IT solution for more complicated requests
Requirements:
• Master`s degree in mathematics, computer science or related field
• 4 years of previous experience in the field of information technologies
• Expert knowledge in the area of program languages, systems, database, technical means for development and implementation of application systems
• Excellent knowledge in English
• Team worker, excellent communication and management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proactive and innovative approach of work
