Optimize workflow for maintenance lead and other support needs.

We have identified two improvements that can be made, in the first place for the maintenance lead but also for the rest of the team. First we would like to improve the recertification process regarding stakeholder information, model quality and  case necessity. Secondly we have the idea to test out the "super DAG" in airflow as seen in the corporate team.

Development goal: Process creation and improvement with technical challenge, team collaboration and stakeholder management.
