Join the Operations Support, Oversight & Reporting team and start your growth journey within KBC Asset Management.

Together, we monitor and optimise end-to-end transaction processes, pricing, valuation and market data structures for both investment funds and mandates.

Your focus within this driven team? The quality and reliability of transaction processes. Although daily processing is handled by an operational team in Brno, you remain closely involved in day-to-day operations. This enables you to identify improvement opportunities that have a real impact.

• Analyse data from core systems such as SimCorp Dimension, map processes and translate your findings into concrete improvement proposals.
• Work closely with IT teams to implement changes and support operational teams by explaining new ways of working and guiding them through process improvements.
• Act as a key link between Operations, IT and other business teams. Collaboration and clear communication are essential to your success.

• Deepen your expertise in investment funds, transaction processes and market data within KBC Asset Management (KBC AM).
• Strengthen your role as a connector between operational teams, IT and business stakeholders.
• Further develop your system knowledge, including SimCorp Dimension, with training and support from experienced colleagues.
• Expand your financial knowledge through structured learning programmes, including a multi-year programme with the CFA Institute.
• Progress towards more complex responsibilities, subject-matter ownership or broader process oversight within KBC AM.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration and have around three years of relevant experience in financial operations, data analysis or process-oriented roles.
• You are eager to develop a deeper understanding of investment funds, financial instruments and/or operational processes.
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools and interested in learning systems such as SimCorp Dimension.
• An international environment appeals to you. You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
