We are seeking an agile IT Analyst/Developer to join our digital identity team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and efficiency of our digital identity-related systems. If you are passionate about banking technology and identity management and have experience in agile development, we encourage you to apply.
What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance identity-related systems
- Analyze and implement identity management solutions
- Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization processes
- Work on compliance and regulatory requirements related to client identity management
- Utilize agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for efficient development
- Conduct testing and debugging of identity systems
- Enhance and optimize existing code and processes

- Experience with the work of an analyst in the design of information systems
- Knowledge and active work in CASE Tool (e.g. Enterprise Architect)
- Knowledge of UML, object analysis
- Basic orientation in System Integration (principles, technologies)
- Active knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
Nice-to-have
- Experience in identity and access management in the banking sector
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java, Kotlin…)
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and their application
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a regulated environment
