We are improving company processes to make KBC more agile. We monitor the applications in use, collect requests from colleagues and propose improvements to systems or processes. For example by including automation.

Faster decisions without mistakes.

We look for obstacles in processes, we follow trends in automation and we are thinking of ways to make KBC more efficient organization. There are around 60 of us in total, and when any team or colleague at KBC wants to simplify something, they come to us.

We take care of the development of platforms like Appian or Pega. We develop robots or reporting applications and make sure that smart tools work as well as possible. Thanks to us, KBC saves costs, makes only a fraction of mistakes and the operation of the entire group is much faster.
