In case you wish to make a notification of a possible infringement of Union law pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of whistleblowers and Section 2 of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., Zákon o ochraně oznamovatelů (hereinafter referred to as "ZOO"), you may do so via the internal whistleblowing system available here: KBC - EQS tool. In addition, a whistleblower has the option under the CPL to make a notification through the ministry of justice website, which is available here: Oznamovatel – Ministerstvo spravedlnosti (justice.cz). This is without prejudice to the right of the whistleblower to submit the notification in writing (electronically or in paper form), orally or in person at the whistleblower's request.

If the whistleblower requests so, the person concerned is obliged to receive the notification in person within a reasonable time, but no longer than 14 days.
Oral notifications may be made at the office of the relevant person at KBC Global Services Czech Branch, Palachovo nám. 726/2, 625 00 Brno-Starý Lískovec, Czech Republic after prior verbal or telephone appointment or by telephone - 735 791 378 (Whistleblowing purposes only).
KBC Global Services Czech Branch, as the obliged entity under the ZOO, excludes accepting from persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for the obliged entity pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the ZOO.
