We deal with budgets, financial reporting or controlling. We propose the size of budgets, continuously monitor their fulfillment and prepare data for management - for example, when discussing the expansion of teams or internal changes.

There are about 30 of us. We help colleagues from KBC with taxes and other banks or insurance companies in the KBC family, for example by monitoring their expenses and income so that they are not surprised by fluctuations in their finances.
