We manage the insurance policies of KBC clients and employees. Life insurance requires care – when negotiating, making any changes or when the contract is approaching its anniversary. We make sure that the clients have everything in order.

We check the documents and pay the money.

We are responsible for administration related to the entire insurance life cycle. We put together documents for health status assessments, help with the preparation of contracts, enter address changes into the systems, and handle payments for care provided in surgeries or hospitals.

There are 70 of us in total. We take care of the insurance policies of individual clients in Belgium, corporate employees and colleagues from KBC. Thanks to us, life insurance works exactly as it should.
