Application Manager (Business Solution Analyst)

Job Description:

As an Application Manager, you are the one who knows our internal applications best of all people and ensures their smooth functioning. That means development, streamlining and automation. So, if you enjoy finding new solutions and figuring out how to make things easier and more efficient, you're in the right place. 
Application manager:


  • acts as a link between the business (operational teams) and developers.  
  • communicates with business as internal client to specify requirements for application development.  
  • ensures that business and regulatory requirements are implemented in the design of applications. 
  • completes quality check of the product and implements high standards.  
  • keeps track of the applications performance.  
  • handles incidents and communicates related actions.  

We utilize a variety of internal applications for flawless business operations. These applications must be stable and reflect the rapid expansion of financial services.
The team is composed of application managers, ICT engineers and developers, who ensure the applications' appropriate functionality, support operations, and create new features in a variety of projects. 
During your first weeks:  


  • We will prepare you for your role in functional application development in SAFe way of working.  
  • You will learn about data analysis and SQL, user experience verification, release and incident management, and application performance monitoring. 
  • You will communicate with clients to specify the requirements for applications.
  • You will be part of an international development team, who are ready to help you whenever needed.

We will welcome:


  • Knowledge of SQL 
  • Ability to read a code (no matter which programming language) 
  • Knowledge of Agile 
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
