Our Business Solution Competence Center is responsible for business process automation and optimization using robots — both attended and unattended — developed with UiPath, as well as OCR solutions and IPA integrations.

 

What Does This Position Entail?

Are you someone who likes solving problems and ensuring everything runs smoothly? Are you interested in digital technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA)? Do you want to contribute to the success of our software robots by maintaining them properly and resolving incidents quickly?

Our team focuses on RPA within Business Unit Belgium. Thanks to software robots, we automate repetitive tasks so employees can focus on human interaction and creativity. As a Maintenance & Incident Analyst, you ensure these robots continue to function optimally. You take action when something goes wrong and actively contribute to improvements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor existing RPA robots and ensure they continue to perform as expected.
  • Analyze incidents and malfunctions, identify root causes, and collaborate with RPA analysts and developers to find solutions.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure problems are resolved quickly and accurately.
  • Document incidents and maintenance actions to support continuous improvement.
  • Support small adjustments and optimizations of existing robots.
  • Contribute ideas on how to make our monitoring and maintenance processes smarter.
  • Work closely with the RPA analysts and development team, reporting on incidents and trends.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as daily huddles, sprint reviews, and retrospectives within the BUBE team.

 

Your Assets

  • Experience in incident handling
  • Strong and proactive communicator
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
  • Basic knowledge of business analysis and IT processes
  • Knowledge of RPA in general and UiPath in particular is an advantage, but not required
  • Eagerness to learn and desire to grow in an innovative environment
  • Experience with Agile ways of working is a plus
