The Challenge:
- Diagnostics and analytics: map E2E processes, collect baseline data and identify efficiency gaps
- Performance benchmarking: compare internal operations with industry standards
- Change design: propose solutions such as proces redesign, automation, digital tools and organisational simplification, tailored to business constraints
- Execution support: work with line managers and project teams to implement efficiency initiatives, ensuring targets are met
- Stakeholder mgmt.: facilitate workshops, manage expectations and align executives around efficiency goals
- Continuous improvement: promote a culture of ongoing efficiency optimisations, surfacing new opportunities as market, technology and regulatory conditions evolve
Who We Are Looking For:
- Strong experience in organizational transformation, process optimization, and change management
- Background in highly mature process environments (e.g. automotive, manufacturing, chemicals, food, pharma)
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, structure, and order
- Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including senior leadership interaction
