Efficiency Advisor (Brno or Prague)

Acts as an internal advisor focused on identifying, quantifying and delivering efficiency gains across business units. The role blends hypothisis based and data-driven analysis with stakeholder engagement to optimize prosesses and the organisational setup, reduce costs, improve time-to-market, and enhance customer and employee experience.

 

The Challenge:

 

- Diagnostics and analytics: map E2E processes, collect baseline data and identify efficiency gaps
- Performance benchmarking: compare internal operations with industry standards
- Change design: propose solutions such as proces redesign, automation, digital tools and organisational simplification, tailored to business constraints
- Execution support: work with line managers and project teams to implement efficiency initiatives, ensuring targets are met
- Stakeholder mgmt.: facilitate workshops, manage expectations and align executives around efficiency goals
- Continuous improvement: promote a culture of ongoing efficiency optimisations, surfacing new opportunities as market, technology and regulatory conditions evolve

 

Who We Are Looking For:


•    Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
•    Experience in process analysis, optimization, or consulting
•    Ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions
•    Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including with senior leadership
