The Facility Management team is looking for a new colleague who will take care of daily operations and drive improvements in our office environment.
This role is hands-on and technical by nature, closely connected to building operations, maintenance, and technical coordination. It offers a broad scope of responsibilities and a high level of autonomy, making it a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, solving operational issues, and ensuring everything runs reliably.
If you can handle multiple priorities, stay organised and using English on a daily basis is comfortable for you, you might be the right fit for our team. We are open to candidates with different levels of experience who are ready to take responsibility and grow.
Must have:
- education in civil engineering, construction, building engineering, facility management, or a similar technical field
- english and czech language skills sufficient for daily communication (spoken and written)
- interest in buildings, technologies, maintenance, and technical operations
- ability to work hands-on and manage day-to-day operational and technical matters independently
- good organisational skills and ability to prioritise across multiple tasks
- reliability, sense of ownership, and proactive approach
- willingness to travel occasionally (within cz / eu)
Nice to have:
- previous experience in facility management, construction, technical operations, or building maintenance
- basic knowledge of building technologies (HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety, access control, bms, or similar)
- experience with supplier or contractor coordination
- familiarity with technical documentation, drawings, or layouts
- experience with office fit-outs, relocations, or construction-related projects
- interest in workspace design, office layout planning, or ergonomics
- experience with procurement processes, tenders, or contract administration
