Functional Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our HR Technology team as a maternity cover. You will take ownership of Talent Management solutions within SAP SuccessFactors and work closely with HR stakeholders, business teams and technology partners to deliver efficient and user-friendly HR processes.

The role focuses on Talent Management modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Career Development Planning and Learning.

What you will do

• Support and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.
• Act as the primary functional expert for assigned SuccessFactors modules.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Configure system changes and coordinate implementation with technical teams and vendors.
• Support annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Plan and execute testing activities.
• Provide functional guidance to users and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
• Support projects and enhancements across the HR technology landscape.

What we are looking for

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally Talent Management modules.
• Experience in Functional Analysis, HRIS, Application Management or HR Technology.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

• Understanding of HR processes.
• Experience in international organizations.
• Reporting and data analysis experience.
