Become a part of the Automated Business Solutions team to develop and maintain non-critical data processing and automations that support business processes across the organization.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Developer who enjoys building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly automated data solutions in a regulated enterprise environment. If you are eager to learn, we'll provide the training and support needed to succeed in this role.

Your future responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scheduled SAS solutions to process and transform large volumes of data, generating reports in Microsoft Excel that serve as inputs to internal processes
• Integrate SAS solutions with other services
• Migrate and modernize existing solutions (e.g., from VBA or Power Query to SAS)
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve code quality and development efficiency
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders during testing and delivery
• Document solutions and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing

Your key skills and experience:

• Experience in programming and scripting
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Knowledge of SQL
• Ability to develop in accordance with strict policies or constraints
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with structured thinking and problem-solving expertise
• Proactive and self-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAS
• Understanding of Python standards and best practices (e.g., Python Enhancement Proposals)
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies – SAFe
• Background in finance, banking, or insurance environments
