KBC Enter is a paid entry program for graduates and junior profiles at the start of their career in banking and finance with a focus on back-office processes, technology and adaptability.

What to expect:

  • 4 weeks of structured training (online & onsite)
  • introduction to multiple finance and banking teams
  • placement into a junior / entry-level full-time position
  • full employee contract and benefits from day one
  • you won’t be just observing - you’ll start working with real tasks early on
  • most roles involve working with financial data, processes or reporting - depending on the team you join.

Your skills and background:

  • English and Czech (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an economic focus (finance, banking, business, or related fields)
  • analytical mindset and ability to think in context
  • curiosity about automation, data or AI
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • previous experience in finance or banking is an advantage, not a must

  • purely administrative work or rigid career paths
  • internship without a future
  • “because we’ve always done it this way” thinking
