#GreatWorkIsNotAMyth
Within the Human Channels train, we are strengthening our architecture team with a System Architect. This role is open to both junior profiles who want to grow into architecture and experienced architects who want to broaden their scope and explore the CRM domain.
You help shape platforms that support customer and employee interactions. These platforms connect CRM solutions (Dynamics 365), digital channels, AI-driven assistants and integration services.
Depending on your experience, you either grow step by step into an end to end architecture role or extend your existing architectural expertise into the CRM landscape, supported by experienced colleagues.
What do we expect from you?
You do not need to meet every requirement from day one. We focus on potential, learning ability and architectural thinking.
This role can fit you if you bring experience as a System Architect
You already have experience in system or integration architecture and are interested in learning the CRM domain, including Dynamics 365 and omnichannel interaction patterns.
In both cases, you bring:
- Architectural thinking: You understand how systems work together across applications and platforms.
- Interest in enterprise platforms: You are curious about CRM solutions, digital channels and integration landscapes.
- Quality awareness: You take performance, stability, security and availability into account.
- Conceptual and technical balance: You work with high-level ideas and translate them into clear guidelines.
- Clear communication: You explain choices in a way that works for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language skills: You communicate fluently in English.
- Experience with AI-driven assistants, knowledge services or cloud-native architectures is a plus, not a requirement.
Your strengths
Collaboration: You work well with diverse teams and contribute to shared goals.
Learning mindset: You actively build knowledge, whether you are growing into architecture or expanding your domain expertise.
Ownership: You take responsibility for your work and follow through on decisions.
Structured approach: You bring clarity to complex questions.
Adaptability: You stay effective in a changing environment and help others navigate uncertainty.
What will you do?
Depending on your experience, your role will evolve over time. You will:
- Shape and evolve system and integration architecture within the Human Channels train.
- Translate business and functional needs into clear architectural designs and guidelines.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts and development teams.
- Contribute to topics such as:
- CRM and omnichannel customer interactions
- AI-enabled assistants and knowledge services
- Integration patterns and data flows across enterprise platforms
- Take non-functional requirements into account, such as performance, security and availability.
- Align with other architects and trains to ensure consistency across initiatives.
- Grow your role:
- As a junior: from supporting designs to taking architectural ownership.
- As an experienced architect: by extending your scope into CRM and coaching teams.
What do we offer you?
- A flexible architecture role tailored to your experience level.
- The opportunity to grow into architecture or broaden your domain expertise.
- Close collaboration with experienced system and enterprise architects.
- Exposure to complex, high-impact initiatives within Human Channels.
- A professional environment that values learning, ownership and quality.
- The chance to help build future-ready architectures at scale.
