People in Q-Hub are joining forces on daily basis to catch every flaw possible. Who is joining forces? We are Test Engineers, Application Managers, Functional Analysts, Test managers and much more. Communication is a fundamental skill you need to work with colleagues from Brno, Bulgaria, Belgium, Slovakia, Spain and India.

We participate in multiple processes linked to software development life cycle. We focus on delivery, process optimization and quality assurance so we can serve our partners and clients the best experience with products of KBC group.

We work according to Agile principles within Scrum methodology. Do you know what ISTQB means? Can you tell difference between Black Box Testing and White Box Testing? Great! Join our world of software testing, explore test plans, and shake off pesticide paradox.

We expect:

 

  • Awareness of testing processes or other areas of ICT
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle 
  • Interest in IT technologies
  • Proficiency in English (daily spoken and written communication with our partners)
  • Analytical thinking
  • Willingness to learn test automation and help with the transformation from manual to automated testing

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • E2E testing processes (analysis of the documentation, preparation of test data, execution, maintenance)
  • Design test automation scripts
  • Maintenance of already automated test cases based on our internal standards and requirements
  • Defect management
  • Reporting to partners and managers
  • Communication with stakeholders and team members
  • Daily involvement in scrum teams, being part of agile release train

 

Nice to have (know):

 

  • Software Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology
  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience with testing
  • Experience with Agile
  • Experience with test automation
  • Basics of programming languages is an advantage
