We are looking for a Copilot Studio Developer to join the CPS (Copilot Studio) team within the GenAI & Power Solutions team at KBC. This team plays a foundational role in enabling the development of conversational AI solutions and Power Platform applications across the organization.
As a Copilot Studio Developer, you will work on concrete business cases, using the tools, patterns, and infrastructure provided by the SOFA (Software Factory) team. Your work will involve a mix of business analysis, low-code development using Copilot Studio, and DevOps tasks such as deploying RAGs in a secure Azure environment. As the platform evolves, you’ll also contribute to high-code connectors in C# or Python.
Context
The GenAI & Power Solutions team builds conversational bots using Copilot Studio and the Azure AI Foundry platform, often powered by RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) developed by the ADAM data science team. The CPS team focuses on delivering these solutions to internal clients, working closely with analysts, architects, and developers across the organization.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. You’ll work in an agile environment with colleagues in Belgium, Czechia, Bulgaria and Hungary. Hybrid working is supported in line with KBC’s policies.
What we expect from you:
- Translate business needs into conversational bot solutions using Copilot Studio.
- Perform in-depth analysis to understand user requirements and design intuitive, secure solutions.
- Use DevOps tools (e.g. Bicep, Terraform) to deploy RAGs and other components in a highly secured Azure landing zone.
- Collaborate with the SOFA team to apply architectural patterns and best practices.
- Work closely with the ADAM data science team, the Public Cloud team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform by exploring high-code extensions in C# or Python.
Technical & Development Skills:
- Copilot Studio (or similar low-code conversational platforms)
- Azure (especially secure landing zones and PaaS services)
- DevOps: Bicep, Terraform, Azure DevOps
- C#, Python (for future high-code connectors)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a strong plus
Other Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
