KBC Global Services performs business administrative processes and activities for domains such as Financial Markets, Insurance, Securities, Payments, ICT and Procure to Pay for several members of KBC Group worldwide. You will be assigned to tasks:
- Processing requests related to commercial and corporate credits coming from KBC bank Belgium to our team in Brno
- Calculating and implementing adjustments to investment credits based on client requests (e.g. extending withdrawal periods, delaying repayments)
- Opening and closing loans in the system, including setting up new credit lines
- Processing warranty releases and other administrative changes
- Registering advance in current accounts, reducing credits lines, and recording the release of warranties
- Handling funds received from notaries in connection with release of guarantees
We expect:

- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Responsible and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
