In the Customer Solutions department, you can feel the commercial heart beating of KBC Securities Services. Our aim above all is to continuously improve our services and digital solutions for our customers: financial institutions in Belgium and abroad.

Here you will find Sales & Relationship Managers (the eyes and ears of our customers), Product Development Specialists, a team that takes care of communication to our customers via various channels and, of course, Customer Support, which is always on hand to deal with every question.

Our home base is Brussels and Brno, but teleworking is also fully embedded in our team.

 

What to expect:

 

As a Customer Support, you will be part of a team where client-centricity and customer experience are key. You are the customers' first point of contact; you know the customers inside out and are responsible for following up on enquiries and complaints.

You will strive for optimum service and high customer satisfaction, working closely with an extensive network inside and outside KBC.

Within our team you will receive training in the different aspects of your job: trading, settlement, custody, risk management, reporting, etc.. You will have the opportunity to expand your network and follow training in and outside the workplace to help you quickly feel at home in your role and within the team; the training is provided centrally from Brussels and Brno.

Your skills & experience:

 

  • You are curious and eager to learn about the world of securities processing for professional clients.
  • You like to get your teeth into issues and work proactively with our customers.
  • You exude self-confidence to our customers and internally you are robust.
  • You see connections between customer concerns and our services.

 

Your key strengths:

 

  • You enjoy being part of a team and having daily customer contacts in a commercial setting;
  • You are driven, enthusiastic and like to tackle things in an independent manner;
  • You are not afraid to stand up for your opinion, but always in the interest of your client and your colleagues;
  • You are open to change, eager to gain experience to develop and grow further;
  • Good knowledge of English is essential.
