In our Prague office, we are contributing to the development of a Multi-Tenant Warehouse, a project called Rainbow, which serves as the regulatory reporting system for the entire KBC Group and its entities across five EU countries. You will participate in selected parts of the BI solution development and delivery process, particularly in data transformations, pre-release validations, testing, release support, and deployment activities.
What to expect
- Participate in the automated release process, including pre-release validations.
- Contribute to BI solution development and delivery, especially in release process, technical and operational support for functional analysts and also data definitions, data transformations and mappings, while coordinating and supporting testing activities.
- Create and maintain documentation and ensure proper handover of delivered solutions.
- Deliver reports using standardized measurement and reporting tools.
- Prepare and evaluate proposals for changes within the assigned area.
Your skills & experience
- Knowledge of the technical background of release processes, ideally including Git and branch management concepts.
- Experience as a Technical or Functional Analyst in data warehouse solutions. Experience in financial institutions, regulatory reporting, or IT projects within the financial services sector is an advantage.
- Intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken.
- Basic SQL knowledge with practical experience; experience with Git is preferred.
- General understanding of information systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Oracle, Teradata, SQL, ETL tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python or Perl), data warehouse transformations, and CI/CD practices.
